We hope you are delighted with your purchase. However if you are not completely happy with your purchase you may return for a refund through your original payment method. We do not provide exchanges. It’s quicker to return your item and purchase your replacement directly from the site.

How to return an item:

Please ensure the item(s) are in their original condition and packaging, with all tags attached.

Returns can take up to 28 working days to process.

• Items must have all tags attached
• We reserve the right not to refund you if we have proof of delivery i.e GPS tracking, customers signature or photographic evidence of safe place.
• We reserve the right not to refund you if you’ve lost your postage tracking receipt
  Bodysuits, underwear, swimwear cannot be returned due to hygiene reasons
• Sale items are final and cannot be returned

Items must be returned within 14 days of receipt. Receipt date will be provided by the courier service.Please retain proof of postage.

Unfortunately, we are currently unable to process exchanges. This is due to the fast-fashion structure of our business meaning that items often quickly go out of stock.

You can return your item to us and place a new order to receive the item of your choice. To avoid disappointment and the item selling out, please place an order for a new item ASAP.
